Automatic Copyright Protection

Your original work is protected by copyright from the moment it's created and fixed in a tangible form. No registration is required, though registration provides additional legal benefits.

2 Copyright Notice

A proper copyright notice should include:

4 DMCA Takedown Procedure

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on BlogTube, please send a DMCA notice containing:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the infringing material and its location on BlogTube
Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake, you may file a counter-notification containing:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the removed material and its previous location
A statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
Your contact information and consent to local federal court jurisdiction

5 Repeat Infringer Policy

BlogTube maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers:

Users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices may have their accounts suspended
We track infringement claims and maintain records of repeat infringers
In severe cases, accounts may be permanently terminated
We reserve the right to remove infringing content without prior notice

Three-Strikes Policy

Under our policy, users who receive three valid DMCA notices within a 12-month period may have their accounts permanently suspended.
